Decent Location, but Hotel Showing Wear
old rooms understaffed service
The location was good, I will say that. the rooms are starting to look a bit old and tired. I saw some small bugs on the kitchen counter. They were near our food. The breakfast service felt understaffed too, it was hard to find clean tables.

The entire staff was helpful and kind. I really appreciated that. the room service was dependable and prompt. i found the breakfast to be yummy. the fresh fruits were a great addition to the breakfast offerings. the location was great for exploring.
I noticed the kitchen board in my roomwith a kitchenette, had small bugs. they sometimes got into my food. It was a little unsettling

The room had a comfortable king bed and sofa bed, accommodating our family well. It was spacious. i found the kitchenette convenient, equipped with a microwave and a large refrigerator. the layout was functional and met our needs.

the hotel benefits from its close proximity to times square. grand central station and penn station were within walking distance. i also walked easily to broadway theaters and rockefeller center. this central location helped with my plans.
